30 April 2009: P-Folks R.I.P.

Bad news for all northern California rap fans. This Monday, April 27th, Sacramento representative P-Folks passed away. It is told he died in his sleep. Rest in peace from the whole BayUndaground.com staff. He released a classic Sac-Town album back in 1999 called "Smoke In-halation, Blood, Sweat & Tears". His sophomore album dropped 9 years later and was titled "Da Zoo: Slippin Wit Ya White Shoes On". He was also planning to release a non-mixtape project called "The Incision Mix".


29 April 2009: C-Dubb - Iconic

Oak Park, Sacramento artist C-Dubb has freshly informed that his 10th album is dropping very soon! If you were feelin' his previous, mob type projects, you know what to expect from this one. I guess Philthy Rich is one of the most hard working young rappers outta Oakland nowadays. We've already announced that he's coming out with "Funk Or Die" solo cd May 26th. He's also working on the second duet album from Philthy Rich & Stevie Joe called "Philthy Fresh 2". The DVD movie entitled "Philthy Fresh: Life Of A Rap Star" is also dropping soon.
