30 September 2009: Big Oso Loc - Inked Up N Banged Out

Be sure to cop a new solo cd from Fremont rapper Big Oso Loc this Halloween. It will be called "Inked Up N Banged Out" and will be presented by Lil Coner and will drop under Connected Inc. 30 September 2009: Big Rich & Ya Boy - Guns & Roses (EP)

Two of the most known modern Fillmoe rappers are coming out with a duet project. Big Rich and Ya Boy are about to release an EP album called "Guns & Roses". It will feature 6 tracks with videos for all songs. Album will be only available on iTunes. Check out Big Rich and Ya Boy on MySpace.


29 September 2009: AP.9 - Reality Check

AP.9 of the Mob Figaz is working on his new solo joint, which is dropping November 17th under Mob Shop Entertainment. It will be entitled "Reality Check" and will include 17 tracks with guest appearances from Mob Figaz, Clyde Carson, Lee Majors & Shill Mac. Check out AP.9 on MySpace.


29 September 2009: Cisco - The Hoodfella

San Jose rapper Cisco has recently released his new project. It is called "The Hoodfella" and features 14 tracks with appearances from Big Oso Loc, Lil Coner, Big Tone, C-Locs, Ace Of Spits, Threat, Boogie Loc, Young Tank, Termyte and more. The album is said to be presented by Lokote Entertainment, however we were contacted by CEO of the label - Termyte Lokote - who said it was out without his consent. 29 September 2009: Homewrecka - Jefe De Jefes

Fillmoe rapper Homewrecka of The Click Clack Gang will be out with his solo project November 17th. His album will be called "Jefe De Jefes" and will feature Messy Marv, San Quinn, The Jacka, Mac Mall, The Click Clack Gang, Marvaless, Telly Mac, Matt Blaque and more. 29 September 2009: Moeses Soulright The 2nd - Porches Corners Streetlights

Rapper Moeses Soulright The 2nd better known as Young Moe hailing from 415/650 area is out with a free project. It is called "Porches Corners Streetlights" and features unreleased tracks from 2001-2007. It is a little teaser before his official solo release called "The Delicatessen" which is coming soon. 28 September 2009: Shill Macc - Shoot Fast 2

There's a new album from Fairfield artist Shill Macc coming up real soon. You could have heard this rapper for instance on AP.9's projects, however he has already come out with some solo endeavors too. His new album "Shoot Fast 2" looks more like a compilation with many songs that feature Shill Macc himself but also other artists. The cd has 29 tracks with appearances from such people as AP.9, Jacka, Dubb 20, Taj-He-Spitz, Young Gasz and more. 28 September 2009: COS - A Novel By Me

There's a third solo by Sacramento, Madesicc artist COS scheduled to drop in the near future. So far "A Novel By Me" is in the process of having its tracklist finalized, so we'll definitely provide you more details a little later. COS says it is planned to be released in early 2010; other than that it is confirmed it will feature verses from Devious, Smigg Dirtee and more. As of now rapper's MySpace page isn't too informative, but it should change when the release date gets closer. Other than that please note that there's a mixtape "So Help Me God Vol. 2" dropping presumably in a matter of days, so we'll also keep you posted about that. 24 September 2009: Cellski - Culinary Arts Institution

You'd better be prepared for another solo joint from SFC vet Cellski. He's coming out with "Culinary Arts Institution" as Chef Boy Cellski. The album will be available November 3rd and will feature 17 tracks with guest appearances from The Jacka, Laroo, B-Legit, Lee Majors, Fed-X, Scoot Dogg & more. 24 September 2009: S.B. & Carlito Jackson - A Tale Of Two Cities

Be on the lookout for a duet mixtape from S.B. of UNLV and rapper Carlito Jackson coming out this October. It will be a mixtape called "A Tale Of Two Cities". 23 September 2009: Boss Hogg as King Creepa - self titled

Crestside rapper Mac Mall will present the newest release from another V-Town artist Boss Hogg. He'll drop his self titled solo cd as King Creepa. The album will feature street anthems like "Untouchable 09" with Mac Mall, "You Can't See Me" and "I Go". You'll hear guest appearances from J-Diggs, Crest Creepaz, Black Mafia, J-Minix and more. 23 September 2009: Andre Nickatina - Booty Star: Glock Tawk

If you didn't have an occasion to grab a DVD/CD combo from Andre Nickatina called "Booty Star: Glock Tawk" in 2007 there's an opportunity to get a separate cd which was a part of that project from '07. 14 tracks deep cd with the same title "Booty Star: Glock Tawk" will be pressed October 20th under Nicky Pearl label. 22 September 2009: Eddi Projex & DJ Fresh - The Tonite Show

We've already informed you about upcoming Tonite Shows with San Quinn and Messy Marv. There's also one with Oakland resident and Hittaz On Tha Payroll member Eddi Projex in works. 22 September 2009: The Jacka & Laroo - Neva Be The Same: 20 Bricks Season One

Mob Figaz member The Jacka hooked up once again with Richmond vet Laroo The Hard Hitta to release a DVD/CD combo project. It will be called "Neva Be The Same: 20 Bricks Season One" and will feature such tracks like "Neva Be The Same" and "Dip". There's no release date, but we'll inform you about it for sure. 21 September 2009: Keyd - Aint No Secret

Hayward representative Keyd released his second solo, but from what we know it's the first official one. The CD titled "Aint No Secret" dropped in the middle of July, but it's still worth mentioning. It's filled with 19 tracks with lots of appearances from local Hayward and San Leandro rappers like Gorilla Pits, Big Lou, E-Rock, Lo-Dub, Rhino and more. 21 September 2009: Lee Majors - Muzik 4 The Mobb

The new solo album from Oakland representative Lee Majors is officialy hitting the stores tomorrow, yet you can already cop it on RapBay.com. Hunter's Point, San Francisco rapper Guce has just opened a new Demolition Men series called "Bullys World". 18 September 2009: X-Raided - The Unforgiven Vol. 2: Assisted Suicide

There's finally some more information regarding the new album by Sacramento rap veteran X-Raided. You probably already know that "The Unforgiven Vol. 2: Assisted Suicide" is scheduled for September 22nd (this Tuesday). 18 September 2009: X-Raided - The Unforgiven V. 1: In The Beginning

Together with volume 2 there's also a rerelease dropping on September 22nd. X-Raided aka Nefarious is back with his classic material from the late 90's. Most tracks have been taken from the original "The Unforgiven Vol. 1" and a few from "Speak Of Da Devil". All of them have been digitally remastered, plus 4 were remixed by Filthy Rich. 18 September 2009: Charizma - The Resurrection

So here we are again, waiting for the upcoming second solo cd from Pittsburg representative Charizma. After many times being pushed back it looks like September 29th is its final release date. 15 September 2009: Upcoming September releases

So far September hasn't been too fertile as far as releases are concerned, so let's see what does the second part of the month bring. Take a look at the most significant ones still to come:

DJ Fresh - "The Tonite Show: The Album". 22 tracks and DJ Fresh lacing you with production while verses are handled by people like Too Short, E-40, J Stalin, The Jacka, Philthy Rich, Mistah F.A.B., Smigg Dirtee. Should be out today, we'll confirm it.

Lee Majors - "Muzik 4 The Mobb". This one comes out on September 22nd and will feature Messy Marv, Keak Da Sneak, The Jacka, Husalah, AP.9, Dru Down, Cellski, San Quinn and many more.

X-Raided - "The Unforgiven Vol. 2: Assisted Suicide". Yes, fans've been waiting for it. Not too much information available on it, but it will also drop on the 22nd.

Charizma - "The Resurrection". It's a second solo album by the young Pittsburg resident. It's been pushed back many times, hopefully we'll see it this time. Check his MySpace page.



15 September 2009: Jay Tee - Money In The Streets

We've already let you know that the new album by Vallejo representative Jay Tee is scheduled for this Fall. Here comes the new cover to this project; and it's all to the good, as the previous one was oversaturated with colors. 14 September 2009: Jacka & Berner - Drought Season 2

03 September 2009: D Rek & Ampichino - Treal Shottaz

After a collaboration with Berner, Ohio rapper Ampichino teamed up with Sacramento rapper D Rek. Their joint project titled "Treal Shottaz" has been pushed back from this Summer to November. Expect to hear 18 tracks with appearances from such people as Cozmo, Dubb 20, Young Boss, V12 and other local artists. 03 September 2009: Sky Balla - Confessions Of A Ballaholic

Fillmoe rapper Sky Balla will be coming out with his new solo album next week. "Confessions Of A Ballaholic" will be available in digital version September 8th. Later this year it will be released in hard copies. Album will feature street anthems like "I'm Not A Rapper" with Fabolous and "I'm A Balla" with Rawsmoov. 02 September 2009: Balance & Big Rich - Good As $

Unfortunately the new collabo project from Oakland representative Balance and Fillmoe resident Big Rich will not come this September as planned. It's been pushed back until October 6th. The title will be "Good As $" and it will feature 13 tracks with appearances from Yukmouth, Messy Marv, Jacka, Kaz Kyzah, Turf Talk, Clyde Carson and more. 01 September 2009: Scripp Block Turf-Tape

Hayward representative Big Lou after releasing his debut solo project titled "Mobb Affiliated" is now working on a compilation showcasing the artists of his label Scripp Block Muzik. You will hear verses from such underground Haystack cats as Lil O, Cris G, Big Riggz, Chuck T and more. "Scripp Block Turf-Tape" will feature 17 tracks where Big Lou plays the main role. You should expect to see the album out late November / early December.
