28 February 2014: Sage The Gemini - Remember Me (Deluxe Edition)

We're back with some updated information on the upcoming official solo release from Fairfield rapper Sage The Gemini. "Remember Me" is scheduled to drop on March 25th under EMPIRE Recordings Inc. (Republic Records). Rap enthusiasts will be able to purchase two versions of the album on iTunes: a regular one with 12 tracks and a deluxe edition with 4 bonus songs. The shorter one will cost you $7.99, while the extended - $11.99. You can already pre-order both on iTunes (follow links). Expect to hear nationwide anthems like "Gas Pedal", "Red Nose" or "College Drop" and guest appearances by IAmSu!, Kool John, Jay Ant, Berner, Justin Bieber, P-Lo, Shady Bo, August Alsina, Eric Bellinger and Kehlani. 26 February 2014: R.I.P. Swampkat

A well known Bay Area producer by the name of Swampkat (Y.S. Tha Thizz Kid's father) has passed away after struggling with cancer. Northern California rap fans might be familiar with beats he composed for such classic albums as "Ronald Dregan" (Mac Dre), "Turf Matic" (Dubee), "Super Saucy" (Baby Bash), "Block Movement" (B-Legit), "Son of A Pimp" (Mistah F.A.B.), "California Livin Part 2" (J-Diggs), "Cuddy Bang" (Reek Daddy), "Failure Is Not An Option Vol. 1" (Vital) and many more. His work will not be forgotten. Rest in paradise.


26 February 2014: Flossalini - The Appetizers

Sacramento representative by the name of Flossalini has just released a 9-track deep project titled "The Appetizers". This album is a prequel to the official LP record from Flossalini called "The First Supper" which is dropping under Go 2 Werk Entertainment on March 20th. "The Appetizers" includes production delivered by Indecent The Slapmaster, Johnny Plug and more.
