31 March 2017: Brotha Lynch Hung & Ren Da Heatmonsta - Premeditaded

Brotha Lynch Hung is one of the most recognizable figures outta Northern California. Even though his music is not a mainstream / commercial type of genre, he's still acclaimed a unique and genuine rapper. Lynch debuted over two decades ago with an EP titled "24 Deep", then came his classic release "Season Of Da Siccness" (1995). If I'm not mistaken his first five solo projects dropped under Black Market Records, then he began making music under his own label - Siccmade Music (today's MadeSicc Muzicc). In 2009 he signed a deal with Tech N9ne and his Strange Music for a triple release ("Dinner And A Movie", "Coathanga Strangla", "Mannibalector"). His discography also includes compilations, mixtapes and collaboration work done with artists like C-Bo, MC Eiht, COS or Sicx.

Ren Da Heatmonsta is a member of the Stockton rap group called Doja Click, that earned its name in the underground rap scene back in the late 90's. The band originally consisted of three members: Young Ren, Lil Man G and Wizard 1, but quickly got completed with two more rappers: Mr. Peebodie and Nasty Trey; later Antidote jumped on the crew. Their discography was opened with '95 release called "Hard On Da Grind"; the most known project was titled "Speed Kills" and was done in 1997; in 2002 they brought "THC". You might have also heard of "Woman, Cars & Fire Arms" album that was recorded in the mid 90's, but was never officially released (however it is available in a digital version at e-stores). Young Ren (aka Ren Da Heatmonsta) dropped his first solo album called "Underground Mailroad" back in 1999, then 10 years later returned with a sophomore solo "Da Mudville King". He has also presented a compilation in 2012 titled "Chicken Hill Project".

Well, as you can see Lynch and Ren ain't no rookies, so their upcoming album is quite a gem for Nor Cal rap fans. This Summer these two rappers are about to drop their collab work called "Premeditaded". It will be made of 10 songs with guest appearances by Yukmouth and C-Lim. Beats will be provided by Hallway Productionz, Ren himself, Phonk Beta and Unseen Asylum. Stay tuned to BayUndaground.com - we'll keep you posted on this one.

Be also on the lookout for more new stuff from these two veterans: a brand new solo from Brotha Lynch called "Kevlar" and a new solo album by Ren titled "Mudvillain". Be sure to follow Brotha Lynch Hung on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Get at Ren Da Heatmonsta on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
